The most sought after big band in the world, the Glenn Miller Orchestra has been bringing the Glenn Miller sound to concert stages around the world for 60 years! One of the most successful bandleaders of the Swing Era, the legendary Glenn Miller founded the original orchestra in 1938, leading it to a string of hits including “Moonlight Serenade.” The orchestra disbanded when Miller joined the Army in 1942 and, while Miller did not return from the war, his music lives on through the Glenn Miller Orchestra which was reformed in 1956 by his estate.
