Restaurants
Long time business partners and restaurateurs Dale Eisenberg and Mike Ventre were fed up with today’s over abundance of technology geared at kids and decided to create a fun train-focused place where a new generation could connect with that heritage and develop treasured memories of their own. After years of success owning and operating The Original Pancake House franchises in Illinois and Ohio, Eisenberg reopened a nostalgic train restaurant built in 1950 (located in Chicago’s northern suburbs) that had been shuttered. After getting that restaurant back “on track,” Eisenberg and Ventre decided to create their own special place for families to enjoy a tasty meal delivered on toy trains

Walking into Beef Villa is like walking into a classic hot dog stand — the only thing that’s changed is the technology we use. Our famous recipes have stayed the same as when we got our start back in 1970, and our comfortable red booths and low-hanging lamps will set you in the mood for our made-from-scratch dishes. Try our famous Italian beef sandwiches that are cooked in their natural juices with our own spice blend and served on homemade bread, our Chicago-style hot dogs, charbroiled hamburgers, and other sandwiches and sides, all free of preservatives. There’s one thing you can always count on at this family-owned restaurant — quality food served hot and fast.
