The Northwest Chicagoland Sports Commission (NCSC) is a non-profit organization founded by members of the Elgin Area Convention and Visitors Bureau.
The Northwest Chicagoland Sports Commission’s mission is to bring sporting events to the Elgin area which benefit the region through economic impact and quality of life. Additionally, we help in attracting conferences, sports organizations and teams to our region.
The Northwest Chicagoland Sports Commission is a Not-For-Profit organization, governed by a Board of Directors, representing some of the region’s most esteemed private, public and nonprofit institutions with expertise in the sports. Our primary goal is to service our members and promote the Elgin area as an attractable destination for sporting events.
Originally formed in 2007, the Northwest Chicagoland Sports Commission has been directly responsible for attracting several sporting events and activities to the Elgin Area, generating millions of dollars in economic impact.
The Northwest Chicagoland Sports Commission has established itself as a revenue-generating entity that has become an integral part of Northwest Chicagoland’s Fox River Valley’s economic future. Sporting events in our region have rapidly become valued community assets.
The Northwest Chicagoland Sports Commission offers a variety of services and assistance to event planners in an effort to bring events to Chicagoland’s Northern Fox River Valley, and ensure their success, including:
