HUNTLEY, IL, MARCH __, 2005 Prime OutletsHuntley announced its plans for THE $8 million renovation of over 67,000 square feet of space, which will welcome such high-end national retailers as Ann Taylor Factory Store, Anne Klein Outlet Store, Banana Republic Factory Store, Guess? Factory Store, BCBG/Max Azria, Maternity Works, Liz Claiborne Outlet, Tommy Hilfiger, and Calvin Klein into the mix. Shoppers are invited to an official unveiling and action-packed Grand Opening celebration throughout Memorial Day weekend, starting Saturday, May 28 through Monday, May 30.
This exciting announcement reflects Prime Retails commitment to creating the most enjoyable shopping experience at Huntley for the benefit of both our shoppers and retailers, said Susan Zajack, marketing manager at Prime OutletsHuntley. Investing $8 million and expanding our retail mix with well-known brand names like Banana Republic and Tommy Hilfiger will make Prime Outlets even more of a PRIME destination for fashionable men and women from surrounding areas seeking quality brand name products at a great value.
The following stores are set to open around Memorial Day weekend: Banana Republic Factory Store is scheduled to open in a 7,801-square-foot space and will carry its line of quality mens and womens apparel and accessories. Ann Taylor Factory Store, known for its high-end womens apparel, will open in a 7,500-square-foot store. Tommy Hilfiger, known for its branded collection of men’s and women’s sportswear, jeanswear and childrenswear, will open in a 6,193-square-foot store. Guess? Factory Store, one of the most widely recognized brands in the world, will open in a 4,500-square-foot store, and will carry a lifestyle collection of casual apparel and accessories for women, men, children, and babies. BCBG/Max Azria, caters to young fashion-forward women offering both casual and career wear, and will occupy 2,968 square feet. Anne Klein Outlet Store known for its stylish, yet classic collection of fine womens clothing, will occupy 2,500 square feet. Nine West, one of the country’s largest suppliers of women’s shoes, will occupy a 2,006 square-foot store.
In addition, Liz Claiborne is slated to open on March 24, and Calvin Klein is scheduled to open in August. Other exciting new retailer additions that are currently open include Nautica and Fitz and Floyd Company Store.
