Downtown Elgin – Mark your calendars for the next Downtown Elgin Pub Crawl, set for Saturday, August 3, 7pm-Midnight, following the first day of the annual Art & Soul on the Fox arts fest in downtown Elgin. In addition to our Passport Challenge, pub crawlers can look forward to some artsy twists to this year’s event as well as fun contests and live entertainment in the streets. –
