The Cultural Arts Commission hosts Art Harvest – a Halloween event catered to kids – on Saturday, October 29, 1-4 p.m. The event will take place in DuPage court and other downtown Elgin locations. Come out and celebrate the new art database! Visit downtown public art for a chance at winning prizes to local businesses. The event is free and family friendly with several kids activities planned including scary storytelling, pumpkin painting, yarn-bomb spider web, bubble station, inside-out haunted house and more!
