Some of the best food on four wheels in the form of Foods Trucks from the city and suburbs will come together for one night topped off with live music as part of the first ever “Eric & Kathy Food Truck Festival” at Grand Victoria Casino (250 South Grove Avenue), Elgin on Friday, August 5, 2016 from 6 – 10 p.m.
Hosted by 101.9 FM THE MIX morning hosts Eric Ferguson and Kathy Hart, this free event (plus the cost of food and beverages) will feature music from New MIX Artist LÉON along with local favorites Red Woody.

LÉON is a Swedish singer/songwriter born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. The product of a musical household. Léon began her musical career as front-women of a hip hop and soul group in her teens before embarking on a solo career with producing partner Agrin Rahmani in 2015.
Her first single, “Tired of Talking”, off her debut release, Treasure – EP, has since received over 24.4 million plays on Spotify and has been prominently featured in the service’s spotlight program. The singer has earned mentions from fellow singer Katy Perry and most recently appeared in Vogue Italia.
Her first full length studio album is expected to be released in mid summer of 2016
